1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CLP Benton Concrete website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Description
CLP Benton Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Benton, Arkansas, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your project proposal.
Any additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval and may result in additional charges. We will communicate all potential cost changes before proceeding with extra work.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Project scheduling is based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but weather delays and unforeseen circumstances may affect completion dates.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs.
5. Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is safe for our crew to work. This includes removing vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles from the work area.
You are responsible for identifying and marking the location of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, and other hidden obstacles before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or systems.
If we encounter unexpected site conditions such as rock, unsuitable soil, or hidden utilities, we will notify you immediately and discuss options for proceeding. Additional work required to address these conditions will be charged separately.
6. Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, soil settlement, or acts of nature.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cracks as it cures and ages. Small hairline cracks are considered normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete. We are not responsible for color variations or minor surface imperfections that are inherent to concrete work.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages beyond the direct cost of repairs or replacement of defective work.
7. Permits and Compliance
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all work complies with local building codes and homeowner association requirements. If you request work that does not comply with applicable regulations, you accept full responsibility for any consequences.
